I started using justflowers since my friend told me about it couple years ago. And I really like their flowers. some sites are kind of confusing to find what you want but justflowers has a lot of nice pictures and its the easiest to use.

But we all know pretty pictures don't mean much. I do a lot of shopping online since im a full time mom and time management is how i do my job! lol you know what i mean. (i have 4 kids all in grade school!) So my time is precious and I use justflowers almost everytime i buy flowers. its just easy. i love the internet.

And I dont like to go on those cheap places because Ive had a lot of bad experiences since you get what you pay for. I like to make sure if I send someone flowers they get something nice and justflowers has always done that for me.

I did have a problem with an order once to my aunt on her 93rd birthday where the florist delivered late and the wrong item, but justflowers had the correct lilies delivered the day i called to complain AND gave me my money back so they are just great.

I just want to spread the word around to all the moms. And I don't see the coupon on this site, but i always get coupons emailed to me from justflowers so i know they have discounts. you can send me a message if you need a code. does anyone have coupons for walmart? we can share.

I work at JustFlowers.com and wanted to inform customers and potential customers as to what happens when you order.

OK, let's say you see a picture of a wonderful 100$ arrangement. You decide to order it. Now you have to pay our "delivery fee" of 8-16$ for delivery. None of this goes to the florist, JustFlowers keeps that.

Now, the owner illegally skims around 15% of that 100$ to keep for himself as well, without ever telling you.

Now Just flowers sends the order for 85$ to a local florist, without any real description of the arrangement.

Just Flowers gets 20% of that back as a commission from the florist.

Now you're down to 69$ that the florist has to work with.

Minus another 10-15$ for their delivery and you're down to 54$
That arrangement is not going to be nearly as nice as it would have been had you simply contacted a LOCAL florist in the recipient's area. And if you complain justflowers.com forces the local florist to deliver another arrangement, even though they've done the best they can with what was left of YOUR money.

So you spend 116$ and 50% is taken out by middlemen. Florists are not even given decent descriptions or pictures for the majority of items on our website.

The illegal skimming is a major issue, and a file has been started with the FTC. Anyone who has ordered from JustFlowers.com, Flower.com, or VirtualFlowers.com should file a complaint at www.ftc.gov

And remember to be nice to the poor people working the phones, we are fired if we complain, are underpaid, overworked, and denied a living wage or health insurance.
