I just rated a vendor, and I don't see my rating! What gives?
If your rating was under a 5.0, and you did not enter your order number, your rating will not be applied towards the vendor's rating. This is done in an effort to prevent false ratings.

I want to rate a vendor, but I cannot find them on your list.
How do I rate them?
Simple! After logging in, click on the "post a review" link in the navigation menu. There will be blank fields for the vendor's name and website url.

I know that vendor has coupons and specials, why aren't they listed?
We work hard to list the best coupons and specials around, if you know of a coupon code or special that we haven't discovered, please submit them using the comment form and we'll make sure they get listed!

I tried to use a coupon listed, and it didn't work. Why?
Sometimes coupons expire, or in some cases we are provided with false information. If you locate a coupon code that is not working, please submit them using the comment form and we'll get to the bottom of it!

How much is membership?
Membership is free! We plan to keep it that way.
